ELECTRICAL PART
The electrical control system is consisted of imported PLC,A.C.frequency speed inveter and missing sliver detecting device.The special control soft ware is researched and designed according to the drawing frame work character.The main dragging motor is 4P with electromagnetic braking,In order to obtain high quality sliver in high speed, the infrared photo cell is used to watch the sliver cutting,missing,blocking up etc.troubles.The operation and counting panel with drawing frame working processing program to indicate trouble of the important part is intelligent which is consisted of high performance single-chip computer.
FEEDING DEVICE
Feeding of high-lever trough roller in positive direction can prevent the unexpected drafting of feeding slivers and wadding accumulation and enables a stable motion of silvers.
The frame height is different.One type is 1540mm and the other is 1730mm.The broken slivers can be detected by a light emitting diodes and the machine can be stopped by the automatic stopping device.
CAN CHANGING MECHANISM
The machine can work with can changing mechanism.The can changing mechanism is back in-front out.
MISSING SLIVER DETECTING DEVICE
This device watches each pce of creel sliver by rflection photo cell(sensor).Machine stops when the sliver is not on the path of a beem of sensor.The seceiving beam indecator lamp is light on when sliver is running on the path of a beam of sensor.The receiving beam indicator lamp is light off when sliver comes off.Missing sliver detection indicator is light on,and will be kept till it will be re-set or power is off.
DRAW FRAME AUTOLEVELLER SYSTEMS
Zellweger Uster's USG System monitors the sliver quality produce dand at the same checks the sliver count variations by way of the open-loop and tongue & groove system.
